Shree Sharada Secondary School Chandrakot -07, Rupakot situated in the lap of Siddhababa near ‘Thaple’ the highest hill of Gulmi was established in 2022 B.S in the active participation of contemporary intellectuals, social dedicated personalities and education loving persons in the place of Chandrakot-07, Rupakot which was named Sharada Middle School upto grade 8 as senior school nearby where the students used to come from different villages for teaching and learning activities.

After the implementation of ‘New Education Act 2028’ in 2031 B.S, this institution had been run as lower secondary school upto grade 7 which was again promoted upto grade 8 in 2055 B.S. and taken secondary level acceptance in the active participation of intellectual, school management committee and village council members, due to which students from this school took part in the first SLC batch exam in 2057 B.S.

In 2071 B.S ‘Golden Celebration’ was observed with the objective of running +2 classes with the donation collected in the active involvement of all political parties, intellectuals and School Management Committee members including with its sub-committees. Now it has been providing its higher level education satisfactorily since its promotion.

To address the objective of the demand of achieving quality education to the students of their guardians and worldwide need, it has launched a sole English medium upto grade 10 gradually since 2066 B.S. On the other hand it has applied computer classes from grade 4 to 10 at present. Classes of 11 and 12 have been run with the streams of education and management achieving competitive result with the schools nearby.

In the past, in the situation of having only lower secondary level teachers owing to the other intellectuals, social activists and education loving personalities it has been successful in achieving learning achievement results standard and social support satisfactorily competing schools nearby.

School administration, school management committee, teacher guardian association, teachers, guardians and students are equally responsive to upgrade its educational qualities.

In comparison to economic and physical aspects its educational ascepts is satisfactory competing schools nearby.

Physical Ascepts

• Land and Area: It has been surrounded by a compound of 8 ropanis 10 anas and 3 dams as land. The available land is used for playground and buildings wholly.
• No of Building: It has 2 concrete buildings (RCC) and other three normal ones which have been constructed with the government aid and community assistance.
• Clean Drinking Water: Clean drinking water has not been made available as the demand. In spite of sufficient tanks and taps management the water is not satisfactory in need.
• No of Toilet: There are 4 toilet buildings out of which 2 are of boys and 2 for girls.
• Playground: There are 2 playgrounds in the school compound. Due to the unbalanced structure of land all the land has not been consumed yet as needed.
• Garden: The border area of the ground has been utilized as garden which has added extra beauty to the school environment to look at.
